The Fine Print

Is this tax-deductible? Contributions to the American Healthy Alternatives Association, a 501(c)(6) trade association, are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. Documentation of payment is available on request.

Didn't the deadline move? Partially. H.R. 6500, signed September 2, 2026, delayed most Section 781 restrictions from November 12 to December 11, 2026. One exception took effect November 12: cannabinoids the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce lost federal hemp status. The fight is about what happens December 11.

Can I cancel? Anytime. No contracts, no minimum term.
